I took it out of box and no applicator. Opened tub and the top layer was just wax, like chap stick in the 70s. Broke through that and it was creamier but I had to use my fingernail to apply it, messy. After seeing the wax layer I didn't have much confidence in it as being a sleeping lip mask. I used...

I absolutely love this product. Im an avid aquaphor user and needed something with more hydrating qualities. This is so nice it actually hydrates and is not sticky. A little bit goes a long way. Says its a madk but really I use it whenever throughout the day. Might go buy 5 more bottles so I never run out.
