Use enclosed spatula to gently lift and separate a delicate gel patch. To maintain product integrity, hold patch between fingertips and do not pinch with nails when applying. Carefully place perforated side onto clean, dry skin for no-slip wear. Use larger patch for crow's feet around the outside of the eye. Use smaller patch for vertical lines between the brows and/or nose scrunch lines between the eyes. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Discard after use and lightly pat remaining serum into skin. TIP: To keep patches saturated and fresh, save the plastic disc and press down firmly to reseal jar after each use. Twist cap back on tightly.

I was so super, excited to try out these, hydro-gel patches. I was a bit sad when I received the package, because the liquid had leaked out of the container. I thought the lid was just loose. I took it with me on a trip to Mexico and again, the container leaked. These will probably end up drying...

Hard pass
These patches are awkwardly shaped and don't sit nicely anywhere. There is next to no product in the container so the patches dried completely out within a few minutes. For the money, I expext a lot more from a product.

The patches are in shapes that do not fit well anywhere on your face. Not eye patches at all. I use a lot of PTR products but this one is a total waste of money.
I loved
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] These patches are perfect because they help soften wrinkles without the need for injections. They have a peptide technology, niacinamide, cactus flower, and hyaluronic acid that also helps with hydration of the area. The packaging is 10 out of 10 and comes with a spatula to hold each patch. I feel like they are a little expensive, but it's worth it.
