Missing pump tube
I received this Peptide Skinjection Amplified Wrinkle Fix Serum complimentary from peterthomasroth Unfortunately the inside tube that goes to the pump is missing which results in me not being able to use the product. I was really excited about this product.

I received a small amount of the product in the bottle and no inside connector to the pump. So I had to open the container for the product. I have enjoyed many of PTR products but this was a disappointment.

The serum itself is quite nice but it is such a struggle to get it out of the bottle that it is not worth the time and effort. Maybe I got a bad bottle, but the bottle itself it too big for the amount of product inside. I believe it is supposed to be refillable, but the bottle comes apart every time I use it and the pump pumps nothing. Perhaps there is supposed to be a tube inside to feed the serum up to the pump, but mine has nothing connected to the pump so you have to shake the serum up to try to get anything out of it. I finally gave up and just have the inside of the bottle sitting upside down on the cap and have to slam it against my hand to get the serum out. Very frustrating. If the packaging was smaller for the amount inside and I could actually get the product out of the bottle without so much time and effort, I might consider buying it again, but NOT as long as it comes in this ridiculous bottle.

Amazingly well, actually! I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I love that it's gentler than retinol (doesn't cause dryness), but has similar impact. It has softened my fine lines on my forehead and pumps skin nicely. I've been using it for a couple months now and am genuinely impressed!

Im so confused by all the negative reviews bec this product works amazingly well with my sensitive, acne prone skin. I had initially recieved it as a sample from another purchase and the difference its made in my skin, even with just a handful of uses, is undeniable. My forhead and 11 lines are less prominent and my skin is more even and glowy. I love it
