Love this spray!
Thank goodness my hair dresser turned me on to this spray as I will now never stop using it. After I wash my hair and it is wet, I use Truss conditioning spray and then use this Olaplex spray all over my hair from scalp to ends. Its not sticky at all and makes hair super volumized and full. For reference, I have super long straight hair and it works! Try it!

I don't know if it protects from heat or not. It does not make my fine hair have any more volume. It does leave my hair with a horrible smell that I can't tolerate and I have never really had an issue with a hair products smell. You'll smell like a wet dog.

While this did protect my hair from damage, it was VERY drying. I originally had a blow dryer brush from bed head that I was using and recently go rid of due to possible damage from use. Got a Dyson (supersonic nural) on sale and I realized it wasn't the dryer, just the protectant sucked.
