Bought it for the ceramic/ionic technology. Using it at least 4x week for 1year now. I have shoulder length fine thin hair. Takes about 7 minutes to dry. I use the concentrator tip so my hair isn't blowing all over the place. I like the dryer & the functionality of the switches. The one negative thing I can say is that after 1 year of use I've decided to try a much lighter weight dryer. It's just becoming too heavy & cumbersome for as many times a week I use it. Repetitive use is not good for hand/arm/ shoulder.

It's heavy and not easy to turn on end off And while you blow drying your hair, keep slipping out of your hand. The good thing it's not loud, like other blow dryer
Bad button placement
The two buttons to switch between heats and speeds are too flat and slippery, so it makes it almost impossible to switch between or then it on/off easily. There's just no grip for your fingers, especially if you have even a little bit of hairnpriduct on your fingers.

I have one of these from about 7 years ago and was so powerful and I remember LOVING it. This new one is just so so, nothing was great and powerful about it. Average blow dryer.

Ive had this dryer for almost 7 years now, i have used it everyday it is amazin! Currently re ordering a new one because it broke because it got dropped too many times but i bet it would still be ok if i didnt drop it 100 times.
