Felt Tips? Worst Idea.
I've bought three of these in varying shades, and the tips are awful and dry out before I can even apply it to one lip. I'm constantly disappointed in the felt tip lip stains. I have to spend twice the time just covering my lips, by the time some of it has set in some areas so it looks patchy/darker...

CoverGirl's Outlast Lip Stain is an amazing affordable lip stain. I love them so much, I have three colors now! They are so affordable too. The pen‑style applicator makes application precise and fool‑proof. It's perfect as a liner or full lip tint. The color payoff is rich and buildable. It lasts on my lips all day. Although, after having a greasy meal, the lip stain does fade a bit and I did have to re apply but it was still there! It's super lightweight, I barely feel it on my lips! The color "Natural Blush" is a gorgeous dark nude shade that I think would look beautiful on all skin tones. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely fabulous and lasts all day!
This product is perfect! I have small lips and liner never lasts. This does! I love the color admire. It is a cool lilac plum. I love to use it with cover girl's lipstick pink slipper.
