Wish they would upgrade the packaging

I love the product, but I really, really, really dislike the bottle it is packaged in... I completely relate with another reviewer that said that every time they go into the shower and use this, they are reminded of wanting to review the product to make this issue known (and also in hopes that the c...ompany will do something about it!). I have purchased this wash about 5 times already, and probably 4 of the 5 times, the bottle has been a disaster. So the bottle instructs you to shake well before use. But when you do this, the pump for some reason becomes loose, and the liquid in the bottle splashes out all over the inside of the closed cap. Once you remove the plastic cap, it spills everywhere. It may not seem like a big deal because yes, you would technically use this in the shower and its easy to clean up - but - it's a complete waste of product! THEN, to pump the product out, I literally have to push the pump down on a surface with my palm and body weight to get a bit on my hand. At this point, the pump doesn't come back up because it's loose, so I can't easily get a second pump, and I have to force a teeny bit of product out with the remaining pump that it allows me. Ok I realize this all sounds very confusing if you've never experienced itand maybe even like I'm exaggerating. Go ahead and try it for yourself, like I said - I like the product, but I just can't stand the bottle it comes in. Maybe you won't really mind the struggle... I will probably be looking into another product that doesn't have this issue and doesn't make me think twice before using it. I would recommend this to a friend - but with a big disclaimer :)
