It is SOOOO drying and made my hair start breaking and having to be washed WAY more frequently (went from shampooing 1-2 times a week to 3-4). My hair stylist says it's way too much protein in the hair and causes the hair to get oily. As someone who has curly hair that is naturally dry, I thought this would help but it actually ruined my hair in only a couple months. Would NOT recommend.
Stronger, Softer Hair After Every Wash

I've been using the No.4 Bond Maintenance Strengthening & Hydrating Hair Repair Shampoo for a few weeks now, and it's made a noticeable difference in how my hair feels. It cleanses really well without leaving my hair stripped or dry, which is something I struggle with when using strengthening shampoos. My hair feels softer, smoother, and much more manageable after washing, and I've also noticed less breakage when brushing. The texture is rich and lathers nicely, so a little goes a long way. It's especially great if your hair feels damaged from heat styling or coloring but you still want hydration and shine. Overall, it leaves my hair looking healthier and feeling stronger after each wash.

The best product overall in my experience is olaplex . I switch off between this and Redken, sometimes Oribe. I always come back to it as my hair/scalp needs a switch up now and then. Even the mini sizes are so reasonably priced with plenty of product unlike some other brands in mini sizes.
