I was excited to try this no budge, high pigmented eye liner. I usually use liquid eyeliner and thought it would be nice to try more of a "pencil". This eyeliner was delivered to me hard as rock. I tried applying to my hand and it didn't write and the tip broke off. I got it to start working but it ...

Everyone's right-this stuff is a FAIL
It's basically useless. It drags so badly on your eye, you really have to work to get it to apply to your skin at all. Then when you do get it to work, it breaks! The black is not pigmented at all. I threw it in the trash.
Bad... just the worst!
I can usually find a use for makeup that I feel isn't up to snuff for its original purpose, but this was just so useless because it would break at the slightest touch. you'd have better luck with a good old pencil style from just about anyone else. sorry elf, but this is bad.
Bad eyeliner
It broke off every time I would use it. Definitely not worth the money.
Good for waterline
Good for waterline. Lasts all day doesnt smudge. Only con is tip can break easily. But i do like this better than their retractable gel version because it lasts longer. Not a fan for top of eye lid though (doesnt go on smoothly there) only water line.
My All-Time Favorite!
While I can understand the negative reviews, using this pencil with a light hand pressure-wise and with less rolled up than you think you'll need will work perfectly. I am prone to migration of liner to my inner corner and under eyes and this is the first liner I've tried that can last all day without this. I love these!
