I bought these at my local Ulta store recently. As I began to use them I noticed that the friction from the filing was beginning to stop. It's not hyperbole. Tried to use one, threw them both away.
Wouldn't buy this again.
I wouldn't buy this again simply because it didn't stand a chance against my nails. The grit on the file came off in like 2.5 seconds so it was ultimately the WORST purchase of my life.
Weird plastic texture. Can only use a few times. 
This is not actually a nail file. It's a weird-textured-plastic-coated board that will hardly file your nails at all. In fact, your nails will just scratch off whatever coating is on this nail-file-shaped board. You'll use it a few times, and then you'll just throw it away. Not worth the money.
Doesn't work
Ive never had a nail file that didnt work until i got this one. Yes its pretty but it doesnt file at all it just pulls up on the sides
