Silky, but causes issues
I've been using this cream about 5 days and it that time, I've developed 3 styes. I never get those! I had a very slight warming sensation when I put it on, but it was short, so I ignored it. I shouldn't have! I don't even put it all the way up to my lash line, just on the hollows area, outer corner...

If Ulta ships the right item, this is a great product
I have been an Ulta member since 2017. I am currently platinum so it's upsetting to have to write this in a product review but I'm getting nowhere with Customer Service. I placed an order for this item December 3 and Ulta has now shipped the wrong item 3 times (on just this order). Each time making me wait 5 to 7 days in between. Very disappointed in Customer Service not sure what's going on at Ulta, but hope someone in charge reads this and gets a handle on it.
