I recently bought this new moisturizing lotion to use as my facial moisturizer at night and before I put on makeup. It is okay but after I put it on my face just feels sticky and tacky, like there is another layer on top of my skin. I tried rubbing it in a lot but I can't get rid of this oily, tacky...

It's been a while for me to use Cetaphil's products and they are a bit out of my price range but when I used to use them, wow my skin felt hydrated and soft as a babies bum. And if you have sensitive skin specifically your face then this product is very helpful for sensitive skin.

Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion is very light on the skin and does not leave you feeling sticky/oily. It is great for everyday use and helps promote softer hydrated skin. It is very mildly scented for sensitive skin as well. The pump nozzle is convenient for quick application.
