I don't use Pattern's entire hair care line but, they do have some gems that my high porosity hair loves such as; the heavy conditioner and this moisture milk. A simple, creamy moisturizer that I believe actually helps my hair retain moisture for several days and not too greasy. Its not extremely cost effective for everyday use but, you do get a generous amount. Also about halfway through the bottle you have to fight with the spring activated pump, hate that I may have to put it in a different bottle

I finally found a product I love

I purchased the moisture milk after reading all the reviews. I am over 50 and have thin curly hair. This product leaves my hair under control, while giving my curls structure and hold. It looks and feels as if I have little to no product and does the job well. I will definitely buy again.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I really wanted to like Pattern. I think the message and good ingredients are wonderful. Finding that the ingredients are safe and good for hair was the primary reason I tried the products. Unfortunately, the oils in them just don't work for my curls. I think I have very low porosity hair. Oils like coconut and olive just don't soak into my hair. The leave-in, milk, cream, and gel in all combinations and methods I tried them just sat on my hair. Even with the smallest amount I could feel my hair was heavy (like I needed to wash it just a day later), when I touched my hair it was greasy (the product was coming off on my hands), and my hair was frizzy. The shampoos are nice. I don't think the medium and heavy conditioner soaked into my hair well. I didn't try the intensive conditioner though.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
