Do I have to wait for it to cool down before I put it in the pouch? And I would keep the cord outside of the pouch. No cord inside the pouch

Love the size, pouch not big enough
Bought this for a trip we're taking and also to leave out in our camper. Tiny! But seems to work well. Wish it had a lower heat setting, but there is only "on" or "off." The pouch is a great idea but with the reinforced power cord closest to the flat iron it was nearly impossible to close the pouch...

I have coarse curly hair that I straighten. While you couldn't do your whole head with this, it was perfect for a light touch up on an overnight trip.
Quit Working Properly After 4 Months
I noticed while using it to curl my hair one morning that one plate was hot while the other was not. I'm not sure if it's a connection issue or what. Very disappointed though as I was really looking forward to having this product for a long time.
Snags horribly
The way this straightener is designed, there is a hard plastic "pocket" right behind the irons that catches and pulls hair like CRAZY. It's a phenominally bad design. I used this iron twice and then gave up on it.
