DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ULTA!
I bought my NuFACE mini during the 21 days of beauty in September. It worked great—for about two weeks before it started having issues. It would take a couple attempts to get turn it on. After about two months, I had to reset the device every time to use it, and it started shutting off before it was supposed to. I've had the product less than 3 months, and it won't turn on at all. NuFACE has a 2 year warranty, but they won't honor it because I didn't purchase it directly from their website. Ulta won't honor the 2 year warranty because it falls outside if their 30 day return policy. I do feel like it worked for the short time I had it, even if it was just lymphatic drainage. But I obviously regret purchasing it from Ulta and would advise anyone thinking of buying it to go directly to NuFACE, especially because my issue seems to a common problem.
Hyped Up, No Results.
I bought this after a recommendation from an aesthetician that did my most recent facial. I tried it for a few weeks, but my skin didn't look any different. The only thing that changed was that my skin became oily after a few weeks, and the gel that came with it always left my face feeling sticky. Honestly, I wasn't impressed.

The nuface mini is amazingggg it's such a powerful little device! Really only takes 5 min to have a snatched look, but even better overtime as you keep using it. I downloaded the app to help me with how to figure it out and it made it so simple! (gifted by NuFace)

stopped holding a change after two months will never buy another Nuface product again. overprice price of crap!!
Mini powerhouse!
Love love love this tool! The kit comes with everything that is needed, been using for about two weeks now and I can see a clear improvement in my face particularly. My main goal was to get my jawline and cheeks a bit more defined and also reduce my double chin. Also love the app which gives detailed routines to achieve the desired outcome, definitely worth the money
