Bruh this ish is amazing. I suffer from depression and if I don't have to get up and go anywhere I don't brush my teeth. Otherwise I brush once a day in the morning before work and before I'm going out anywhere. Shockingly enough my breath isn't the best 😏 I ended up staying the night by someone and didn't have an extra brush, they handed me this. I swished for a minute then gargled for 30secs like instructed. Before that I had given my mouth some really strong water rinses. The Therabreath immediately loosened up gunk on and between my teeth. It doesn't sting or burn but it leaves you feeling super refreshed. If you've ever oil pulled, this feels like a more "refreshing" and less sticky/slimy version of that. So nasty ole me goes the whole day on my one therabreath session which was around 4pm (24 hours after my last brush). I go home, sleep, wake up around 9am, eat, nap, wake up and my breath still very mild, plaque buildup low (24 hours after Therabreath and 48 since last brush). Then I eat, do housework, sleep, wake up and eat and as I'm writing this review a full 42 hours after Therabreath, 65 hours since last brush, and 5 meals later (including onions and spices), my breath is still not bad. Feels like regular morning breath from not brushing the night before and no mouthwash at all. So wow 👏🏽 From this review you might this this product would lead me to not brush ever but it's actually i sprites the opposite. I feel like one of the things I actually hate about oral care (and no it's not a valid excuse) is the taste. This product is virtually tasteless. The problem with this product is that it really doesn't have any FEEDBACK after swishing it around in my mouth. There's no taste, and my teeth & gums don't react with the product in ANY way at all. It tastes like plain old water. Good feedback is what the "deep taste & alcohol sting" of the OTHER product does for my mouth, gums, and teeth.

This mouthwash works amazing! I'm a big coffee drinker in the morning so after I rinse my mouth with Therabreath mouthwash fresh breath you can really tell the difference versus other mouth washes! 10/10!

I hate mouthwash. Ive always hated it, even as a kid. I hated the burning, I hated the taste (I'm looking at you Crest, with your rootbeer flavored mouthwash) But its so important! I bought this on a whim for my husband, but ended up loving it so much myself. Mild Mint is the best name for it because its just that. It leaves me feeling fresh without feeling like I'm swishing alcohol. Run to go buy this!!

I bought this rinse to try since I wanted to use some thing with natural ingredients, and I am blown away by how much I like it! It works great and leaves my breath, fresh without any heavy burning. Recommended!
