I have combination skin and appreciate a good exfoliant that I can actually feel but isn't too gritty. This fine grain is the perfect amount where I can feel the scrubbing but at the same time it's gentle. The scent is a light fresh-citrus scent that smells delicious. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an exfoliating cleanser!

This is perfect for an every day exfoliator. My skin felt so smooth after using just one time! I wouldn't recommend for taking off eye makeup as it can be a little harsh around the eyes. But such a great product that I will be implementing in my morning skin care routine!
Facial scrub
I use facial scrub at least two times a week- especially in the summer when I am hot, sweaty and grimy feeling. This Philosophy exfoliating wash is the best one I have ever used - and I have tried a lot! It is scent free, gentle, and makes my skin feel so soft. I gently rub it for maybe about 20-25 seconds until I feel I like it "melts" a little and rinse thoroughly. There is no sticky after feel and I haven't noticed any additional redness. I do NOT use it on days when I know I am going swimming or to the beach. I usually use it at night in the summer and daytime in the winter. I have just purchased. Second bottle. The first has about a quarter left in it and I have had it for 8 months or so. I use this other places besides my face as well. It has caused no adverse reactions at all and my skin is pretty sensitive. I have other body scrubs - Sol De Jenero's number 40 is my all time favorite- but I use this face on just on spots that might be dirty (like my knees) or are really itchy. I want to add that I am 52 and have dry, sensitive skin. I have not been paid to say anything! I really love this product!
