File the surface of your gel manicure with a nail file, 'breaking' the top layer of polish. Open the remover pad and insert your finger, with the cotton pad covering the nail. Tear off the transparent sticker on the pad. Fold the left and right sides over, and the top part down, to create an air-tight seal. Wait 15 minutes for the gel to soak off. The gel will lift up, and using the cuticle stick, you can scrape off the gel. File away remaining gel. Wash your hands and apply hand cream.
