Start with clean, dry nails. Push back cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface for smooth application. Finish with a base coat to protect your nails and enhance the polish's longevity.
Apply a thin layer of polish starting from the center of the nail, then fill in the sides. The rounded tip allows for easy, precise application near the cuticles.
Wait about 1-2 minutes between coats. Reduced dry time formula means you won't have to wait long!
For richer color and full coverage, apply a second thin coat using the same technique.
To extend wear and prevent chipping, brush the polish across the free edge of each nail.
For a high-gloss, long-lasting finish, apply a clear top coat and let it dry completely.

I do not use most nail polish on my finger nails because it always peels almost immediately, apparently its something to do with oils. Anyway, I painted my thumb first and went about my days. It's still on! I did different layers with different fingers and three coats seems to be the magic number. I would like to try some other colors!

This polish is adorable. The color reflects glitter perfectly, it would be perfect for the Holiday season. There is enough pigment for one coat, with a slight change when adding two. Like all China Glaze colors, application is easy.

Sparkles really make me think about Dorothy's ruby red slippers which is what the polish is named after. Two coats resulted in a beautiful deep red color with millions of little red sparkles.
