I have hyperpigmentation on my eyelids. Will this help to conceal it/even out my tone before applying shadow, or would you recommend a concealer as well?

I'm in my fourties so too much shimmer doesn't help me out. This primer didn't do a good job to prim my lids. Urban Decay's Posion Primer was way better. it works
I use a very small amount on each eye. It's more on the matte side so it could be a bit drying if I use a lot. I really love that my eyeshadow doesn't crease at all even on a hot sweaty day. I was using urban decay for years but my eyeshadow would crease after a couple hours. I had nothing to lose by giving this one a try. I'm glad I did.

I've used this eye primer for many years. It has a nice texture, not too thick or too thin.

I am a repeat buyer of this product. Keeps eyeshadow and liner from fading or sweating off
Changed formula with new packaging
I used this primer everyday and it worked amazingly. They said the formula did not change with the new packaging but the day i ran out of the old product and used this my eye makeup was worn off and smudged before lunch which never happened before. I'm disappointed to not be able to use my trusted primer anymore
