Hi there! Matrixyl 10% + HA can be used with Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA in the same regimen. However, we do not recommend using Matrixyl 10% + HA in the same regimen as direct acids like Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

Q
Can I use this before or after using your 10% Niacinamide & 1% Zinc serum?
Asked by SteelersFan81
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there! If you have more than one water-based serum, you can apply based on the priority of your concern (the product that targets the most important concern should go first). About 2-3 drops of each serum and 1 pea-sized amount of creams should be enough for the full face and neck. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

OMG this thing is staying in my fridge forever

Very impressed so far with this product. Not sure

Bought by mistake, thought it was AHA. Have used quarter of bottle and found irritation on my neck. Same as the retinol. Just in the horizontal lines of the neck. Used on the face is ok. Not confident to use around the eyes.

I saw this on Facebook recommended by a dermatologist. Was super excited and felt so nice on, but it made me break out and I don't even have oily skin. Definitely contact dermatitis/ allergic reaction.

I've been using this daily for about a month & don't see any results. It's cheap so not much of a loss. I find this formula to be very sticky. I despise sticky skincare. I think it's the HA. It actually accentuates the fine horizontal lines on my neck.
