Coat & Comb: Use the flat side of the wand to fully coat lashes from root to tip. Then flip the wand to the comb side and gently sweep through lashes.

Works well
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This works wonderfully to remove my mascara. It even removes some of my other eye makeup too. I love the packaging in a mascara like tube instead — so easy to travel with. It's easy to use and can be applied quickly. I would repurchase it.
Interesting product
The Lancome Mascara is an interesting product however it did not work for me which I believe was because of the particular mascara that I use. I would have to try it again with a different Mascara to see how it truly performs. Otherwise the product was easy to apply and did not cause any eye irritation. I am taking away one star as it doesn't seem to work for every type of mascara.
Works great for waterproof mascara!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This works great for taking off mascara. Especially any waterproof kinds. The wand is hard plastic with tiny bristles and makes the application very easy. I swipe it on my lashes and then wipe it away with a cloth. So easy and no rubbing my eyes to get my mascara off. Product goes on smooth with no clumping.

Did not work as advertised. You're better off just using makeup remover pads
