I love this!! Very cool concept. The liner is pen like. It does dry fast but love how you can get the line as thin or thick as you want. There is no thinking to this as the liner goes well with the color gloss. Wish there were colors. Its mess free

Don't waste your money
Straight out of the box, the 'tattoo' is completely dry. I'll be returning this. Idk what tarte was thinking and if they are aware of the issue, they should PULL the product not discount it.
Fun Lip Product
This is a fun lip "tattoo!" I like using only the lip stain, or adding the gloss. The colors are nice. I'm not sure why other reviews are so negative.

I've been on a lip stain kick and saw this was on sale, so I did what I normally don't do and disregarded the general consensus- which is: this product is not good. On one hand, this has been a lesson in faith of other reviewers on here because this product is, in fact, not good. On the other hand, I have this now. The marker hasn't really dried out, but I can see how people may come to that conclusion. If you take actual stain for wood and apply it (to wood), it is also somewhat "dry". The stain just doesn't last at all and the gloss is mediocre and i didn't think it was especially hydrating/glossy/plumping or anything that may redeem it either. Not worth full (or even half) price.
Stain doesn't even last an hour
Would not recommend at all. The color is nice, and have a gloss is nice - but it rubs off literally within the hour and now I just look like I'm wearing lip liner
