For the 1st spray, this scent embodies a distinctly woody and amber masculine profile, prominently featuring a substantial amount of the Supper Woody notes. This amber woody foundation is enriched with popular fruity and slightly gourmand nuances. It revealed bergamot and lemony tones, although thes...e notes lack the zestiness found in some other fragrances. While not explicitly mentioned in the fragrance note, there is a presence of vanilla dervied from vanillin and coumarin. This addition mellows the citrus's zesty sharpness. To my perception, the vanilla and the almond- like scent from the coumarin warm and soften the bergamot, imparting a subtle gourmand quality reminiscent of an almond lemon poundcake. At this point, the patchouli present itself with a chocolatey essence. The floral notes are sweet. I know Jimmy Choi isn't exactly a brand of perfumes that make the hype monsters go crazy, but this stuff is deserving imo. Like it's delicious. As it dries down, the amber woods become prominent, transitioning from a youthful, sightly unisex opening to a more distinctly woody masculine character. The bottle design is striking, resembling a solid gold ingot polished to a mirror- like finish; the box and cap feature a texture reminiscent of snake or crocodile skin, exuding an air of profound elegance and luxury. This it quite intricate, and it's complexity results in a well balanced scent suitable for nearly any season or occasion, although I would avoid wearing it on the hottest, most humid Summer days. One more thing, that I impressed. It could stay with you as long as 5 hours.
