Can it be used on a damaged skin barrier? Im debating if I should give this a try while the Probio-cica intensive ampoule is out of stock everywhere near me and I need skin barrier relief stat.

I like the feel of it and the smell but I will say I had some break outs with it. I applied it after cleansing and toning, but before my moisturizer. I have skin that is prone to breakouts and redness. So I'm usually pretty cautious about which products I use on my skin. And I am so happy that I found this product! It adds a lot of hydration and helps calm down any redness. I also have noticed that my breakouts go away faster. The texture is perfect because it absorbs into the skin quick and doesnt leave a sticky residue. Highly recommend this product!

I have been using this serum for quite some time now and I can say it definitely makes a difference in my skin. I love that it's lightweight, and leaves my skin hydrated but not greasy. It doesn't have a strong scent which I also love and it's affordable!
Skin barrier damaged
I packed this product as part of a trip to Europe over the holidays because I knew my skin would need more moisture. It did not go well. My face would start to burn a little after application and I actually developed redness from using it. I ended up purchasing different serums on my trip in order to save my skin barrier.

I did receive this product for free to try out. This is my 100% honest thoughts on the Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Blue Serum. I loved how truly hydrating this serum is. I didn't even need my normal moisturizer after using this. Some serums feel sticky after putting it on, thankfully this is not one of them. It left my skin feeling fresh, hydrated, and smooth. I will definitely be purchasing this serum once I run out of my current one. I highly recommend this serum!
