Its a sensory experience!

Upon opening my Dibs setting powder I was immediately hit with a sensory reaction to the candy like smell and the soft case it comes in. Both are extremely satisfying and added to the experience. The powder smells like something you want to eat, so it was a treat to put it on my face. The illuminating "brighten" side is excellent for darker spots like under eye, and the "blur" part of the compact is great for overall coverage. I liked the "blur" name, but as soon as I put it on my face I realized it honestly does just that. It is like a photo filter and it softens everything. I tried this alone with only moisturizer on (see pictures) and I also tried it with a light BB cream and, while it does work alone, if you are wanting more of a flawless look you should pair it up with a foundation. Another thing to note is I wore it to work outside one day and at the end of the day I expected to see splotchy spots or creasing in my brow and I didnt have any. So that was impressive to me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the adorable little heart applicators slide around your finger when using, so they aren't the easiest to work with. I also noticed they are glued together rather than sewn (I'm sure to save money, which makes sense), but the glue is very hard and scratchy on the sides and does not feel nice on the skin. Luckily most people have other brushes to use with this kit, so it isn't a big deal, but it would be nearly perfect with better applicators.

This bronzer and brightener duo is beautifully packaged and super convenient with the built in mirror. The powders blend smoothly and add a natural warmth without looking heavy or cakey. The little heart shaped applicators are a cute touch and make it easy to apply on the go. It's perfect for quick touch ups and gives your skin a soft, polished finish.

This works great on my daughters skin. I am more light so this was too dark for me. It blurs the pores and leaves skin looking really pretty. The packaging is super cute and love the heart little sponges. The smell is not super strong so that is a plus. the coverage and finish is light.

I wanted to give this more stars but it doesn't seem to make a big difference in my appearance after use. It has a slight sweet smell which I don't mind but others may. The mini heart sponges are kinda difficult to use.

The packaging is so cute! I love that they send you two little heart applicators- one for each side. I have included a before and after. It definitely helps to create a smooth finish after apply very light foundation. It also has a super nice smell which is important to me!
