Used to be softer
I've been using this eyeliner for years, at least since 2014. It's the only eyeliner I like, and I usually love it. However, these past few months (from March, maybe February), the formula has become harder and dull. I love a dramatic winged eyeliner, but it became hard to achieve the desired effect...

Enjoying this eyeliner!
I stopped wearing eyeliner because I couldn't find one that I liked. Now this one is my go to eyeliner!
Great value, bad for waterline.
I bought the shade Hot Chocolate, and for under $3, it's a steal. The color is dark and rich, it applies smoothly, and lasts all day. It can be unexpectedly hard to find a drugstore eyeliner that's dark brown without shimmer, so I'm happy to have this. It's slightly blendable, like you can apply then soften with a small brush, but you'll need something else for a super smoky or smudgy grunge look. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because i bought it specifically to use on my waterline, and it's terrible for that- it starts to come off unevenly as soon as I blink a few times. For lining the upper eyelid though, it works very well.

I got this eyeliner in the color hot chocolate. It is SO good. Long lasting and nicely pigmented. It rivals high end eyeliners. I've already repurchased!
