Not worth the money 
I purchased this in hopes that it would do exactly what the description says that it will do. The brush arrived and some of the "bristles " we're slightly bent. I phoned Customer Service and they said that's just the way it is. I called shenanigans. I then attempted to use it once I washed my hair and I just found it too difficult. The head of the brush is so soft that while I can appreciate the give going through my hair, it's not stiff enough to actually get the job done. Pretty much a waste of money

I loved this brush for a few weeks… then after about a month, I noticed it hurt when brushing my hair. The tops of the bristles started breaking off. I have very fine hair, so the brush was not running through tangles.

Really liked this brush, got tangles out easily and was a breeze combing my hair right now of the shower. But then I picked it up yesterday morning, and the second I tried to brush the thing snapped right in half!
