Do not buy!
This is one of the worst mascaras I have ever used! The applicator is terrible. It doesn't add any volume or length to your lashes. It flakes terribly. If I could return it I would but it was a gift. Do not recommend!
Holy grail for life
Surprised at all the negative reviews! This is the best mascara I've ever used. I've been using Revitalash to help grow out my lashes (very satisfied btw) and Chanel mascara makes all the difference on top. Not clumpy or flaky. Tube doesn't dry out

Just like the previous reviews, something changed. Feels like a bad knockoff…cakey and flakey. Chanel…what's the deal? It's pure yuck.
Different versions?
I purchased this at a Chanel store front in my hometown and then online from Ulta. The ones I purchased at Chanel worked better than the one I ordered from Ulta online. So it makes me wonder if the formulas or quality is different?

I dont have the issues with this other people have mentioned. I love this mascara. I think it makes my lashes look great, I really like the wand, and it lasts well for me.
