TOP COAT

the reviews are true. you need to apply at least three coats. it doesn't go on smoothly. and it does not dry in 60 seconds. At best you need at least 30 minutes. not a good nail polish. lovely color though.
Excellent product
I bought this nail polish because I wanted a non toxic type to replace Ella & Mila which is no longer carried anywhere in this city. I loved it! The colors are beautiful and they last a long time. They dry super fast as well. I am definitely purchasing other colors!
