A perfect fall/winter fragrance for going out
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] A fall/winter fragrance, perfect for going out at night or for a date. Performs very well and is very wearable if you like sweet and gourmand fragrances. Unique bottle design compared to most designers and is good quality.
Great for a night out
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This smells really good. It has a strong vanilla smell and is sweet but not too sweet. It has good projection and longevity and lasted on me all night. This is definitely a scent I'd wear to the club or on a night out. I got compliments while wearing it too. I think it would be especially nice during the winter or on cooler nights. I probably wouldn't wear it in really hot summer weather because it could be a little too heavy, but overall, I really like it.
Not my favorite
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Unfortunately, not a hit in our home. Upon initial spray and dry, it gives cleaning products mixed with cologne. After about 30 minutes of settling into the skin, it's much more palatable, but still nothing special. Even once fully dried down and developed the scents feel disconnected and Tonka heavy. It's lacking a harmonious quality that I'm looking for. Projection and sillage are both just OK.

Performance is top notch. Beautiful scent
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] If you ever smelled the original Jpg Le Male, you will definitely love this one, as this is a more interesting take and is a bit more refined and classy. it does have all the original notes such as lavender, mint and vanilla however the intensity is much louder and well deserving of the title Elixir. I did look at the notes listed and noticed labdanum and tonka bean notes and I can't recall if those were in the original but this is a much sweeter take on the original and a bit more pronounced in the tonka bean and vanilla on the initial spray. Would I recommend this? Absolutely I would however be careful with the sprays as this is an above average performer and you will be noticed with even 2 sprays. After dry down you will get a nice comforting vanilla bean and lavender smell. It lasts very long on skin and on clothes. After getting my hands on this small sample I will definitely be getting a bottle of this one for sure. I would say better for the cooler season, but if you go 1 spray in summer it might fare well.
