To Curl: Holding the tool with the base pointed downward, squeeze the clip to open the plates. Insert a 1 in. section of hair toward the bottom of the plates, beginning at the roots (those with shoulder length hair or longer may want to start the curls at the mid-shaft). Twist the tool while sliding down your hair and maintaining consistent pressure. The more you twist, the more defined the curl.
To Straighten: Holding the tool parallel with the floor, squeeze the clip to open the plates. Insert a 1-2 in. section of hair, starting at the roots. With your non-dominant hand, grasp the cool tip of the tool and slide from root to tip.

Confused as to why this product is labeled dual voltage when your response to a question below says you need a voltage converter if you use it out of the country. Dual voltage appliances should only need plug adapters in foreign countries or they should not be labeled dual voltage. Is this product really dual voltage?
- Asked by Kate
- Official Answer By L'ange Hair - Brand EngageYou're absolutely right - true dual voltage tools are designed to work with both 110–120V and 220–240V systems, and in those cases, you typically only need a plug adapter (not a voltage converter) when traveling internationally. To clarify, the Le Duo is labeled dual voltage because it is equipped to automatically adapt to both 110–120V and 220–240V power systems, making it safe for international use without a voltage converter. However, you will still need a plug adapter that fits the outlet shape in the country you're visiting. If a previous message mentioned needing a voltage converter, that may have been an error - and we appreciate you catching it! We're happy to confirm that the Le Duo is truly dual voltage, and should only require a plug adapter, not a converter, when used abroad. Let us know if you need help choosing the right adapter - we’re here to help! Was this answer helpful to you

Doesn't do anything
This is actually the worst thing I have ever purchased. It 100% does not straighten your hair, even on the highest temperature. It made my hair look worse.
Fine hair girlies need this!
I was hesitant to buy this because the plates are small but I'm glad I did! I've been using this for about two weeks and it has taken some getting used too working in small sections but well worth it. The curls hold amazingly and I love the built in fan! My fine hair is hard to keep styled but this iron works perfectly!
donating my curling and flat iron now!
my hair has refused to keep any curl my whole life (except that one perm in the mid-80s that was so tight I washed my hair and it still wouldn't let go) I've tried various ways to curl, but NOTHING compares to this. Florida humidity + epically straight hair STILL can't win against this. I've never had curls stay longer than a couple hours and there are times that on DAY THREE I'll still have curl. it's a miracle, game-changing hair tool. I've had mine for several months now, no issues. and if the materials were crappy quality, I would buy a new one every 4 months because it's just that worthy. 10 stars.
Terrible
I wanted to love this so bad but it pulls my hair when curling or straightening. Also doesn't curl my hair very well at the top layer it looks awful. Tried it for a few months to see if it was me, but its not. For me it was a waste ofnmoney as its been sitting in a drawer unused since my return period ran out.
Doesn't clamp well
I had high hopes for this and I rarely write negative reviews.. but you need to know how bad this is before you buy it. Now, if you have fine/thin hair, I bet it doea work as advertised. However, I have thick, medium hair, and this was terrible. The clamp is way too loose when straightening. I had to try to squeeze it down with my other hand while I straightened each piece. The air shouldn't be on all the time. Only if u want to set it after you first style bc it wasn't allowing the heat to work on my thicker hair. It was just a disaster and I returned it.
