Do not believe the hype
I used this religiously for a few months alone and as a base coat to try to help my thin, soft nails. Well, after that (and only using non-acetone remover), my nails were very damaged: dry, split, weak - awful. They have finally grown out and my nails are in much better shape in "virgin" condition....

Love love love this base coat. My nails have never been better. Will never use another brand again.
Keeps nails strong and protects them from nail polish damage
This is a base coat. I used it every time I applied color polish and my natural nails were in great condition each time I went to remove the nail polish many days later. My natural nails split less and grew stronger when using this as a base coat. When I forgot to use this base before color polish, I would notice color polish not lasting as long and damage to my natural nails like staining and peeling. I'm back for more because no other base coat compares.

There is NOTHING that is beneficial about this product. And it's an unattractive color too.
Great stuff
I bought this after reading the reviews. After 20+ yrs of acrylic nails I decided to take a break. I used this alone for a cpl weeks while my nails were in that very thin and painful stage. I absolutely love this base coat and it did go into the dips and helped my nails to be not so painful while I'm letting them breathe, I used 3 coats to start with and have washed dishes and they haven't peeled. But I'm going to start over and clean my nails, use this base coat and a color. I'm sure my nails aren't going to look good yet, that's prob gonna take a month or more. As all of you must know that it can be painful to get rid of the gel nails and start doing your own.
