Curl lashes with Ulta Beauty Collection's Japanese Eyelash Curler, then apply two to three coats of mascara, allowing lashes to dry between coats. To remove, use warm water and light pressure. Pro tip: Gently wiggle wand back and forth at base of lashes to maximize volume at the lash root. Precautions: Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

This is the best tubing mascara
The plastic wand provides great lash separation. The wand comes to a rounded spikey tip which is great for inner and outer lashes. The formula of the mascara takes a second to dry but once it's dry I find there is no flaking or transfer throughout the day. This mascara creates great length immediately and great volume with a second coat. A fantastic and affordable tubing mascara please never stop making this!
Terrible
This is by far the worst mascara I have ever used. I never write reviews but wanted to save others from wasting their money. It clumps, somehow makes my eyelashes look THINNER, and causes them to fall out! Ulta brand has always been a go to until this
Clump City Mascara
Inhad hopes for this mascara. Sowmthing inexpensive. Bought from Ulta and ita the Ulta brand, ao younwoold think the itwm would be Ulta's best. Nope. Its clumoy, does not flatter the eyelashes. Had to ise another mascara wand (dofferent brand) to fiz what this masara soea ot the eyelashes. When uou tey and wash it off, ita clumoy as well and is diffcult to gwt off the face. Do not recommend. I'm just going to throw it away, and ive teied uaing it a couple of time. Love Ulta, Do not like this Mascara from the brand.
Very drying and stiff, with a tiny applicator
I did not like this product at all. I found the formula to be very crusty and it made my lashes feel dry & stiff. The applicator is small and the bristles are so short that its difficult to apply. My lashes did not appear much longer or thicker.
