Application:

2nd one that broke! So frustrating. Please fix the manufacturing problem. The very same thing happened on my 2nd one. This mascara after 2 months of purchase would not open and you have to force it open and this time the inside stopper came out! My husband that is an engineer said the stopper inside is backwards. He reversed it and it works fine now. But I wasted mascara turning the stopper around. Can't you fix the manufacturing problem? Check the reviews! I'm not the only one having this issue. I will find a different manufacturer until you fix this problem. Very disappointing.

As a customer for 30+ years, I have always loved your mascaras - until now. This flakes and clumps while applying and after. Horrible! This is the worst mascara that you have offered. Also, please offer brown/black in ALL mascaras, not everyone can wear black.
