It has so many amazing features like a great wide flat design for lots of coverage, two-tiered detailing teeth, easy to easy-to-clean brush design. My problem is the brush teeth/bristles, they are so scratchy! Borderline damaging to the scalp. Did they get through my rats' nest of hair? Yes, absolutely. But the scratchiness of the bristles was not worth the stealing effects of this brush. Put some protection balls on the ends of each bristle and then we'd have a winner!
