Apply onto wet skin and gently massage with fingertips. Wait a few minutes and rinse thoroughly. For best results, use 1-2 times a week. Use no more than once a day. Slight tingling or redness upon application may occur. Patch test prior to use is advised. Sunburn Alert: Contains an AHA that may increase skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Used the scrub twice, does the job but gave it 3 stars because it's a struggle to squeeze out the tube. Even when I unscrew the top it's still hard. This made the process less enjoyable, I've used the first aid beauty KP scrub and that was thicc as well and more abrasive but a lot easier to get out ...

I saw results after 3 uses. It's an excellent body mask if you have KP or any rough, dry skin. I mild eczema and acne on my back with an occasional heat rash breakout. As soon as I get in the shower, I apply it all over my back, buttocks, and the back of my thighs. I add a bit of water and let it sit while I lather everywhere else. My skin in softer and smoother. And it seems like it even made the topicals that I use on my back more effective. Excellent product.
Great Exfoliation and healing
With the glycolic acid, it actually heals scratches, blemishes, and insect bite marks. The exfoliation is really good and penetrating as well. Also see reduced pores on my face. Use with the glycolic lotion and you won't be disappointed!!!
