I bought this eye cream not once but twice, and never got to try it! Both times it was either empty or the pump didn't work. I could not dispense product. What a disappointment! I had heard great things about it from a friend. Kate needs to fix the packaging!

I have seen some improvement after using for a month but the smell of this product is awful. Has a very strong mildew smell. I don't think I'll be purchasing again for that reason alone.

I am a huge fan of their line release eye cream, and had high hopes for this. Lost all the progress I made with the other cream, and this one always makes my eyes water. Sad they're phasing out the line release.
