Quick to fade; patchy overly matte finish
Truly surprised that this is so highly rated. It is far from long-wearing, it disappeared 100% in under 2hrs wear. It fully loses its highlight effect, & you end up with a patchy, smudgy, non-glistening matte color on your face - which is all that's left after 2hrs! & I bought this in BLUEBERRY MUFF...

SO MUCH GLITTER
Apple Pie is actually a cute color, but it has so much glitter! And the glitter gets everywhere when you blend. Maybe it's good for going out at night, but not during the day. Glitter all over my face is a big NO for me. I wish this product had been better described. Disappointed- will return.
Easy to use and glittery!
Beyong being a nice highlighter it also leaves a slight shimery glitter if you smudge it and i perosnally love it. Its also quick and easy for rushed makeup days, easily gets in the corners of the eyes. I love that its kinda chunky too and can be used as an "eyeshadow" pencil

It fully loses its highlight effect, & you end up with a patchy, smudgy, non-glistening matte color on your face - which is all that's left after 2hrs! & I bought this in BLUEBERRY MUFFIN. It lacks the hi sparkle I prefer in my highlighters, glitter fades immediately, & it's not at all close to being long-wear. The only 1-star it earns is for it gliding on smoothly, effortlessly, & does not pull up the makeup beneath it. Sure, it's cheap; but you get whatcha pay for! The only thing I've found this to be even remotely useful for is a slight metallic color on the eyelids, used as an eyeshadow. Save your $$. There are so many other highlighter products out there that beat this 10x over. NYX is a cheap brand, with cheap products (similar to "Wet & Wild" level of "quality", lol.) I've yet to find am NYX product that is high enough in quality (let alone, ANY quality), for it to be worth any price. Tons of way better products exist with significantly more value received!! Some great alternatives? Tarte's maracuja juicy glow highlighter (hi end, $30), Milani's Conceal & Perfect Face Lift Collection Liquid Highlighter ($5-$10 for .2oz), or Ulta's Pillow Puff Illuminating Oil ($8-$12 for .3oz.) Do better NYX. Cuz even drug store brands like Loreal & Maybelline are killing it lately!! NYX will be left in the dust; where it belongs (in the trash, with all other cheap quality products that do NOT perform as claimed.)
