Rinse mouth for 1 minute with one capful. Gargle with another capful for 30 seconds to clean your throat, a major source of bad breath. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Use morning and night. *For 24 hours of fresh breath, rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

I've been using for 5 years & Love it. Recommended by my dentist due to my dry mouth. The only issue I have, is that I can purchase it for less at another site -vs- direct form TheraBreath. This doesn't make sense to me.

I really love the TheraBreath Oral Rinse. The Invigorating Icy Mint is a great mint flavor without being too intense. It doesn't burn my mouth like many of the traditional mouthwashes I've used in the past. The price is reasonable for a large bottle and a quality product.

Works as intended, I hate anything with mint or flavor so it is barely mint, no flavor, and barely feels stingy, maybe for the first or second time I used it, now it is just a touch foamy and works well, feels clean.
