Hair Type Very Curly Hair
Finally, a Miracle for My Daughter's 4C Curls I've been on a four-and-a-half-year journey to find the perfect hair care for my daughter London's 4C hair. We've tried what feels like 50 different brands—maybe more—and nothing ever really worked the way we needed. But after discovering Pattern, we're not looking back. Yes, it's a bit on the pricey side, but it is absolutely worth every penny. London's hair was so damaged from tough detangling sessions in the past that we lost a lot of her beautiful length. We had to be so careful, and even then, nothing quite did the trick until now. With Pattern's Intense Conditioner and Detangling Serum, we had a completely pain-free detangling session. I spritzed her hair with water, let the conditioner soak in, and started combing through. Halfway through, I added the Detangling Serum and it was like magic: no "ouch" moments at all. Her curls are gorgeous, bouncy, and the whole process was just effortless. In short, if you've been struggling with 4C curls or any mixed hair that needs that perfect product, Pattern is a game changer. It's been a true dream come true for us.
Stay away
Horrible experience with my hair. I have hispanic natural soft curls and this product did absolutely nothing to my hair, is very heavy, smells bad and my hair felt dry and frizzy. The texture of the products is very thick but it just stays like on top of your hair and I felt my hair did not absorb any moisture what so ever and after rinsing it out my hair stayed dry and frizzy. I never return a product and I had to return it because it was so bad.
Didn't work for me
This caused my hair to get very tangled. Normally I would apply conditioner then detangle using a wide tooth comb or a detangler brush. I couldn't even do that and had to revert back to my old conditioner. Also not fond of the scent.
Best conditioner ever
I have been using this conditioner for my 4b-c combo hair. Completely changed the game for me. Moisturizing without stripping but also gets a good lather and clean feeling. Product is VERY THICK so it will take time to apply but once its set, my hair feel as smooth as can be. I no longer spend all night detangling and blowdrying my hair. Can't recommend enough.
