Not for me
Bought this after trying the PATTERN clarifying shampoo (love it) and reading positive reviews. I really wanted to like it but I just can't. Applied to my hair after shampoo and regular conditioner. The smell is totally overwhelming, like to the point where it will give you a headache. It kind of smells like old lady perfume. I used it as a deep conditioning treatment, when I rinsed it out my hair did not feel soft/silky at all. It almost felt crunchy and dry when rinsing. I wanted to love it but between the scent and lack of hydration it's not for me. For context I have type 3b/3c curls.

Love this product
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
As someone with very thick, kinky/coily, and often dry hair, this product worked wonders! Usually it takes me eons to detangle and i didn't have this problem. Will purchase again!
Disappointed
I did a test patch and it did nothing for my hair. Its better than the shampoo. It sting/irritated my scalp so bad. I had to use another shampoo to wash twice and let water run on my scalp to get it to cool down. I use tea tree oil products like paul mitchell tea tree shampoo and my scalp was clean and my hair moisturized without the irritation. Save yourself some pain and dont buy. FYI, not all products geared for black people is good for our hair. Im 3b-4a

this product will make you smell awful. you won't be able to go outside if you use this in your hair
