Apply the patch to clean, dry skin directly onto the ingrown, being careful not to touch the center of the patch. Gently press down for 10 seconds to ensure it adheres. These do treat ingrown hair, however the adhesive is poor. I had used hydrocolloid patches before these with no problems. When I switched to these, I was required to use medical-grade tape to keep them on. Without the tape, these patches consistently feel off after an hour or 2. Waste of money b...
