Made my hair fall out
Im very upset with this product. It was my first time buying high end hair product and it did more harm than good. I used to have thick hair and lost half of my hair within a matter of months. Never again. I used to think it was because of stress or weight loss but no the entire problem was this shampoo and conditioner. As soon as i threw it in the trash and used a different brand my hair stopped falling out.

I use this stuff daily. Got a perm that fried my fine thin hair. Within a month my hair was not only healthier my curls came back. So I started using it on my skin, amazing!!!!
I would definitely buy this again and again!
I use this after I wash my hair (on damp hair). I use a generous amount, combing it throughout my hair. I use it for protection from my flat iron. But I get more than just thermal protection from this Chi product. My hair has never felt softer and been more manageable.It helps tame frizzy flyaways. Can't say enough good things about it! This is by far the best hair product I have ever purchased.
