Mesmerizing I spritz this cologne on this morning and later went to lunch. While I was in the ladies' room, some woman I did not know told me I smelled great and asked what I was wearing.
I adore this spicy scent; cannot get enough of it. It goes on with a strong anise top note and mellows about an hour later. I think it mixes perfectly with my body chemistry.
For those who want some idea of the endurance of this product, I spritzed some on my neck and wrist at about 10:15 am and got a compliment by 2 pm that afternoon.
This would be an amazing scent to wear on a date. I think the anise-licorice-sandalwood would attract any man. This cologne has a provocative name, comes in a sensual-looking bottle, and just might be a tad dangerous to wear.
I can see one wearing Hypnotic Poison if one wished to play footsies under the table, skip the entree and go straight to dessert!
I wanted to like this I don't like to leave negative reviews on products that are entirely a personal preference in terms of fragrance, but I was disappointed in this. I did purchase this, having never smelled it, just based off of the description and overwhelmingly positive reviews. Based off the listed notes of almond, vanilla, etc. I expected this would be a scent I would love. This scent is very hard to describe in any words other than incredibly strong, so much so that is bordering on nauseating, and I am not that sensitive to smells. I can't even detect any of the notes listed in the product description. I did see another review that mentioned an anise/licorice scent, and I do smell that more than anything, even though that is not listed. In my opinion, the notes do not blend well; it's as if someone just dumped a variety of heavy perfumes in a bottle. I also read some reviews that compared this fragrance to the scent of a root beer float--I strongly disagree with that. I wish it smelled as good as a root beer float.
On the positive side, this fragrance does last a long time! I tried to wash it off my wrist and could still smell it, so no concerns there regarding staying power. I actually feel bad about returning this opened and not entirely unused, as it's my fault for not smelling it first, but it's just so strong that I can't wear it. I figured even if it wasn't my favorite scent, it would be good enough to wear and use it up and never buy again. I have even had a couple friends smell it to see if they liked it, and I would just give it to them but no takers so far! So, my recommendation is if you are buying this scent for the first time to smell it in the store first. If buying for a gift for someone, and you have no idea if they like this scent, do not risk the chance that they might like it. I think this is probably a scent someone will either love or hate with no in-between. But if someone likes this scent and isn't sure if it's long lasting, they will be pleased.
Soda Smell??? 1

So I make blind fragrance purchases pretty often and this was my most recent. I read a bunch of reviews, everyone seemed to hype it, so I thought "why not?" I was stoked when it came in the mail, such a cute design!! But when I sprayed it? It smells like soda, like straight up Pepsi. I let my brother smell it and he agrees. Totally confused as to why anyone wants to smell like that.
i love it buuuut 2

i was shopping in the ulta store and gave this one a try and of course i sprayed it on myself lol and i fell in love with it, so everytime i came into ulta i'd go straight towards this perfume and sprayed it on me, it would stay on me for a day and on my jacket for a couple weeks. i was so happy with this scent i just had to buy it, its my first big girl purchase in terms of perfume. i spent a lot of $$$ but i figured it was worth it. dont get me wrong, im still in love with this scent but im very very very VERY upset that it doesnt last long AT ALL. it lasts for 2 hours and then i'd have to spray it again, and again anddd … again! its wayyyy to expensive to be demanding more sprays, especially since the one in the store stayed for sooo long. im really really bummed and i feel like this is false advertising, since their longevity of the own i own and the one in the store are completely different. i love the smell of it but i dont think theres a chance ill purchase it again ):

Creamy-fuzzy-soft-coconut-vanilla-powdery-sweet. One of my signature scents I hope Dior never discontinues this. Soo many fragrances try to be similar, but none can meet the quality and duality of this dark and sweet perfection.

This does smell good, but it's your typical department store smell and it's insanely overrated. There's nothing special or unique about it, as much as influencers would like you to think (or get paid to do so).
