- Q
Is the octoctylene the ingredient that can be extremely irritating to skin?
- Asked by Glock19Girl
- Official Answer By Bali Body - Brand EngageHi there, We use Octocrylene in concentrations authorised by the various regulations in force in the cosmetics industry. We optimise concentrations of this filter depending on other filters with which it is combined, the targeted sun protection, the desired sensoriality and the targets for which the product is intended. The use and concentration of Octocrylene in our sunscreen products is carefully controlled to avoid any potential impact on the skin. However, should you be concerned about irritation, then we advise to always patch test. As this is a UV filter, this can have the potential to cause some irritation, depending on your skin and use of the individual. the Bali Body TeamWas this answer helpful to you
