 Hyaluronic Acid Lip Oil Booster

I love Osea products and would blindly buy anything they sell. This lip oil is a complete fail in my opinion. Osea always feel clean and fresh / but this an awful lip oil that has a chemcial taste - not at all what I want on my lips or expect from Osea. It has a strong mango scent which would be fine if the product had a sweet taste since it is applied to the lips. I even met an Osea rep at a department store recently and discussed my opinion of this product. She seemed so surprised because she said it was all mango - it only resembles mango perfume to me. More importantly however is that the packaging is terrible. The doe foot applicator holds too much product and the neck is too narrow so the jar leaks gobs and gobs of lip oil out of the top, making a mess. I literally cannot use this without wiping the bottle with a napkin each time I close the bottle. Please don't waste your money on this. Osea, this needs to go back to product development if you want to keep this product alive.

Feels pretty good. iffy about the smell but the smell is expected as it smells similar to other things in this brand. What had made it difficult to use is the huge doe foot applicator that is difficult to even pull out if the bottle. As we know, oil makes things slippery. The oils in this formula make the stopper constantly pull out when I pulled out the huge applicator. I got annoyed and pulled the stopper out. This has now crushed the lid because there is no seperation between the GLASS bottle and the PLASTIC lid. All around annoying packaging.

I've been using this product for about a year now. I tend to use the Osea lip balm when I really don't feel like lipstick. The product's packaging is simple and I can see why people complain about it. If purchasing, you'll want to be careful. IMO, the packaging isn't the problem. The emulsion itself doesn't seem to penetrate the lip. It simply lays on top of your lips (similar to gloss or lipstick but without any staying power). As a result, you end up reapplying constantly. Rather annoying. Don't get me wrong, I love the Osea body oil. Even my other half uses it. Just not a big fan of the lip product.

I love this product and would absolutely recommend the formula, but the packaging needs serious improvement. My first bottle accidentally fell out of my purse and shattered. I repurchased it because I love how well it works, but now the cap on the new bottle has broken. For the price, I expect packaging that's much more durable. The product itself deserves 5 stars, but the bottle and cap definitely do not. I hope the brand redesigns the packaging because I'll keep buying the product if they do.

This lip oil was given to me as a gift. I actually really love their body oil but this lip oil dries out my lips and makes them feel dehydrated. I have used half of it but I seem to have to reapply more often than I would like.
