Absorbs into the skin quickly
I purchased this cream when it launched. I have been using this face cream every day. I have combo to oily skin, and this product does not make my face more oily. It has a thick consistency and works well under makeup.

This is a creamy moisturizer with a fragrance that's noticeable but not overpowering at first—though I smell it more once applied to my skin. Personally, I would have preferred the unscented version. It comes in a tub, so I have to dip my finger each time, which means I need to be extra careful about hygiene—a bit of a downside. I do appreciate that it's free of nasties like parabens and phthalates, which is great, but it does use chemical sunscreen, including homosalate and octocrylene, potential endocrine disruptors, and phenoxyethanol as a chemical preservative. The texture is light to medium, so it needs a little spreading, but it absorbs well, doesn't feel sticky, and keeps my skin hydrated. I have combination skin, and in the current cooler weather, it works without making me oily but it might feel heavy in summer, especially for oily skin. It doesn't pill and layers nicely under makeup. I find it budget-friendly. Overall, it's okay if you're not too concerned about chemical sunscreens, synthetic preservatives, or tub packaging, but I would personally prefer a mineral sunscreen, fragrance-free version.

I love all elf products so I was excited to try this! The packaging is so cute there is a really mild smell but it's very light so it's not bad at all. The consistency is perfect it's so smooth and makes your skin feel so hydrated I love it, I have really dry skin especially this time of year so keeps my skin not dry I will continue to use daily!

Loved this moisturizer. My skin went from dry patches to evenly moisturized skin! The moisturizer is a little think but when it goes on you feel the skin absorbing it! My husband also likes it, he steals it in the mornings before work. I love that it's 30 SPF so i can use it daily when i go out and not have to worry about sunscreen. And overall i love the ingredients!
