- Official Answer By Anastasia Beverly Hills - Brand EngageAsh Brown is recommended for Brown to Black hair with cool tones and Light to Deep skin tones. We would recommend Chocolate for Dark Brown hair with warm tones in both skin and hair with Light to Med skin tones. Once the brows have been filled and defined, apply the shimmer end of Highlighting Duo Pencil under the brow from arch to tail. Using the matte end apply Highlighting Duo Pencil from the front to the tail end, covering the shimmer. Was this answer helpful to you

i love this highlighter stick is so good for on the go. it has good pigmentation and blends well, i typically use it for beneath my eyebrows or inner corner of my eyes. it looks so natural i love it.

I wasn't particularly blown away by this product but that could be because I don't really tend to highlight under my eyebrow. Quality isn't bad though. It just is not something I use or reach for. Not bad if you do highlight though!
