We would recommend Chocolate for Dark Brown hair with warm tones in both skin and hair with Light to Med skin tones. Once the brows have been filled and defined, apply the shimmer end of Highlighting Duo Pencil under the brow from arch to tail. Very versatile product
This is in heavy rotation in my makeup bag. I like to apply the shimmer side to the inner corners of my eyes to fake awake and make them look brighter, and I apply the matte side above my Cupid's bow to give my lips more dimension.
Great versatile product
Really like this Anastasia highlighting duo Pencil. Sometimes I've used it as eyeshadow, and then added my eyeliner over it for a lighter look. Definitely use it under my eye eyebrows as well. It also comes into shades, depending on your skin color type.
