Poor Customer service
Bottle arrived empty, was promised a replacement, initial customer service was great. But the perfume never actually arrived. Company never got back to me after several emails. Called 3+ times, voicemail inbox was full. Extremely disappointed with service.

This has been my favorite scent for years. Please don't discontinue, as so many before (brown sugar). I stayed with this company for about 20 years. So clean and 'fresh'. It's hard to find a fragrance without a lot of musky or floral and this is the best.

Fresh created an amazing scent I started wearing years ago. When I was out, 9 out of 10 times I received compliments on my scent, and I know at least 20 people who also bought it. One day, I went out to buy a new bottle and discovered it had been discontinued. I searched everywhere but not a bottle was to be found. That scent was SUGAR. I then started buying BROWN SUGAR. Close, but not as nice as SUGAR. Sadly, That was discontinued also. I actually cried! So I bought a bottle of Hesperides Grapefruit. I like it, and even though its still not even close to my beloved SUGAR at least it has citrus in it. I just started wearing it, so haven't had any compliments yet. The thing is, I'm very sensitive to many perfumes, but whatever FRESH uses as a base is great. So I suppose I'll just have to wear this one and hope it doesn't get discontinued, too. But if I could have one wish, it would be that Fresh re-releases their wonderful original SUGAR!
