I am currently experiencing dermatitis around my mouth due to a medication reaction (I have psoriasis), which caused my lips and mouth area to swell, crack, peel and bleed. Nothing was helping and it was incredibly painful. My dermatologist advised me to stop using everything and only use CeraVe Hea...

Denatured Alcohol?

I have no idea why Cerave decided to include denatured alcohol in this product. This is a very irritiating and drying ingredient that can exacerbate skin conditions. My son who has rosacea, my daughter who has keratosis pilaris and myself all use these products because we have dry, sensitive skin bu...

saved my skin barrier

I had a super damaged skin barrier due to overusing benzoyl peroxide and this is the only product that helped. It is super hydrating and improved my skin in one day. Now that my skin is better I use it as a lip balm and it is better than anything else I have used. Strongly recommend this product.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Okay for my feet, not my face

The skin on my face HATED this product, I woke up red and blotchy after leaving it overnight. I'm trying to use it up so I'll put it on my feet, but I hate the texture. Feels like vaseline or aquafor, and I dont get a lot of hydration when I leave it on my cracked dry feet overnight. Cera-ve has never really worked for my skin. I wanted to give this a shot because of its popularity, but I won't rebuy

I have a skin conditions called keratosis Pilarus . Otherwise known as chicken skin bumps. Normally it occurs on arms or the body that I am unlucky enough to have it occur on my face.. my face gets inflamed and hurts this calms it down tremendously. I put it on before I go to bed and it's very soothing and healing.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
